Biography
Juan Dalmau Ramírez was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Puerto Rico in 1995 and a law degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 1998. His career experience includes working as a law professor.[1]

Economic Development Diagnosis The colonial economic model, anchored in political inferiority, the promotion of dependency, politicization and government incompetence have impeded the economic development of Puerto Rico, producing an unpayable public debt, while the collapse of various areas of economic activity is evident. . In the immediate future, an economic scenario of uncertainty is seen, with the exodus of nearly 700,000 people during the past two decades. Overall proposal Execute a new tax policy that increases collections from the corporate sector, establish a uniform rate of 15% on the net income of all foreign corporations, create the National Development Fund, create the Business Development Company, execute the Plan for the Use of Land to protect land of agricultural and environmental value, reorganize the Department of Agriculture, encourage ecotourism and promote the export of higher education and health services. |
