Jud Waggoman
Jud Waggoman ran for judge on the Superior Court of Sutter County in 2012.
2012 election
Waggoman received 14.17% of the vote in the primary election on June 5. Because no one received more than 50% of the vote, he and Sarah Heckman competed in the general election. Waggoman was defeated on November 6, receiving 36.37% of the vote.[1][2][3]

Military service
After he received his undergraduate degree, Waggoman served in the United States Air Force.[4]
Education
Waggoman received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel in 1983 and his J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1990.[4]
