Judge Funk to join Providence Justice Court

Providence, Utah: Judge Matthew C. Funk was chosen by Mayor Ron Liechty of Providence, Utah, to join that city's Justice Court. The appointment, which was approved by the City Council on December 14th, will take effect in February of 2011, when Judge Allan D. Vail retires. Judge Funk currently serves on the Richmond Justice Court and also works as a Certified Public Accountant.[1]
