Judge Hill to retire from federal bankruptcy court in North Dakota

North Dakota: Judge William A. Hill has announced that he will retire from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of North Dakota on August 21, 2011. He was first appointed to this position in 1983. Prior to that, he worked as a part-time U.S. magistrate and was on the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the 8th Circuit.[1]
