Judge Silverman to retire at the end of 2010

Scottsbluff, Nebraska: Judge Brian Silverman has announced that he will retire from Nebraska's 12th District Court on December 31, 2010. He has served on this court for 19 years, but has been struggling with cancer for the past two years and wishes to spend more time with his family. Prior to joining the court, he served 19 years as a Scotts Bluff County Attorney.[1]
