Candidate Connection

Judi Reiss completed Ballotpedia's Candidate Connection survey. The survey questions appear in bold and are followed by Reiss' responses.

What would be your top three priorities, if elected?

1. Building our next generation of workers by retooling our education system so that it better prepares our students for a 21st century workforce, partnering with our business leaders and labor organizations to fill jobs now with young talent who may not need traditional college, and for those that do, working toward a path of full relief when it comes debilitating student loan debt. 2. Improving oversight and accountability when it comes to our environment, working to fully fund the EPA so that it is fully prepared not only to react to crises when they occur, but prevent avoidable crises from occurring in the first place. 3. Ensuring equal opportunity through access to quality health care, job training/creation, livable wages and affordable housing.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Education, Environment and ensuring Equal Opportunity.
