Judicial appointment announced for the Maricopa County Superior Court

Arizona: On Thursday, September 22, Governor Jan Brewer announced a judicial appointment to fill a vacancy on the Maricopa County Superior Court left by the now retired Judge Ruth H. Hilliard. Jay Polk, an attorney with Barron & Polk, was announced as the appointee. Polk received his law degree from Arizona State University's College of Law and has specialties in estate, guardianship, and neglect of vulnerable adult cases.[1]
