I was born and raised in NE Philly. I am the wife of a Philadelphia Police Officer, a Military Mom, and proud alum of Northeast High School. I worked two jobs to put myself through La Salle University an became the first in my family to graduate from college. I worked my way up from waiting tables to Executive VP of the company. I love NE Philly and want to ensure that generational families aren't forced to leave because of poor schools and jobs.
  • I will fight for the resources to improve our schools and make sure that our public schools especially are safe, quality learning environments for our children.
  • I will proudly stand with our Brothers and Sisters in Blue and fight to make sure that the resources allocated to First Responders are kept in our community to keep our streets safe.
  • I will work to bring back good, union jobs so that our hardworking neighbors can support their families.
I would like to create an Advisory Board of Community Stakeholders who will create a broad strategic plan for our community. This way we can prevent predatory corporate developers from ruining our residential neighborhoods while encouraging small, local businesses to flourish.
I was a young mother without a supportive family life. I credit my public school teachers and counselors for encouraging me to go to college and making me realize that I could be anything I want, as long as I'm willing to work hard for it.
