Judy Penman
Judy Penman is a former incumbent member and former candidate for an at-large seat on the San Bernardino City Unified School District School Board that was up for general election on November 5, 2013.
Biography
Judy Penman graduated from Pacific High School and served as the President and CEO of the San Bernardino Area Chamber of Commerce at the time of her tenure. She has served as the host of the Education Round Table television program since 1995.
