An effort to recall Juli Costanzo from her position on the city council of San Gabriel, California, was launched in June 2012 and abandoned in September 2012.[1][2]
Background
The San Gabriel Police Officer's Association (POA) initiated the recall effort. The catalyst for recall was a city council decision to not place two POA sponsored initiatives on the March 2013 ballot. The POA decided to drop its recall effort in September 2012.[3]
