Julia Hahn is a conservative media professional. As of May 2017, Hahn was a special assistant to the president in the Donald Trump administration, working under chief strategist Steve Bannon.[1]
Career
Education
Hahn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from the University of Chicago in 2013. She attended high school at Harvard-Westlake, a prep school in Los Angeles.[2][1]
Early career
After graduating from college, Hahn worked as a producer on the Laura Ingraham Show, a conservative radio program.[1][3] She left Ingraham's program to serve as press secretary to Virginia Congressman David Brat (R).[4] In 2015, Hahn joined Breitbart News, a conservative news and opinion website, as a staff writer.[3] She worked under Steve Bannon at Breitbart.[1]
Trump administration
Hahn was hired as a special assistant to the president in January 2017. At that time, it was reported that Hahn would work as an aide to chief strategist Steve Bannon.[4]
