Julia Muggia Ochs is an at-large member of the New Rochelle School District Board of Education in New York. She was elected in 2018.[1][2]
Biography
Muggia Ochs has worked for Orso Films, LTD., "Late Talkers, Silent Voices," Miramax Films, and U.S. Fund for UNICEF. She earned a bachelor's degree in political science and English from Kenyon College in 1990.[1]
