Julian Beard
Julian Beard is a former member of the Lexington, Kentucky City Council, representing District 4 from 2011 to 2015. Beard passed away on April 5, 2016.[1]
Biography
Beard earned his B.S. from Transylvania University. His professional experience includes working as a banker, Founder of First Security Bank of Lexington and Director of Economic Development for the Urban County Government.[2]
Elections
2014
The city of Lexington, Kentucky held elections for city council on November 4, 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014. Incumbent Julian Beard and Susan Lamb advanced past Barry Saturday in the District 4 primary. Lamb defeated Beard in the general election.[3][4]
