Julian E. Collins
Julian E. Collins was a judge of the Third Circuit Court of Florida. He joined the court in December 1999 and resigned on April 29, 2014.[1] He served as chief judge of this court from July 2003 to June 2007.[2][3]
Education
Collins received his B.A. degree from Florida State University in 1965, his M.A. degree from the University of Minnesota in 1971 and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1978.[2]
Career
Collins worked as a County Court judge from January of 1989 until he joined the circuit court in December of 1999.[2]
