Julian Goicoechea graduated from Eureka County High School in 1992. Goicoechea studied veterinary science at the University Of Nevada-Reno in 1995 and a doctorate in veterinary medicine from Colorado State University in 1999. Goicoechea's career experience includes working as a veterinarian.[1]
