Julie Bray Patterson (Republican Party) is a judge for Precinct 3 Place 1 of the Bexar County Justice of the Peace in Texas. She assumed office on January 1, 2023. Her current term ends on December 31, 2026.

Biography

Julie Bray Patterson graduated from San Antonio MacArthur High School in 1988 and earned a bachelor's degree in government from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992. She earned a J.D. degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1996. Her career experience includes working as an assistant district attorney in Dallas County and as assistant to the Dallas County Judge. Patterson is a solo practitioner of criminal and juvenile law and the alternate prosecutor for the city of Olmos Park.[1]

If elected my focus would be on improving the day to day efficiency of the court, be a place known to be fair and be a good listener so I can treat each case on an individual basis.

I am running for a court. I think judges should be compassionate but also give appropriate consequences.

Why are you running for this particular court seat?

I am running because I can make a difference in the day to day running of this court. There needs to be change.
