Julie E. Frantz
Julie E. Frantz was the chief criminal judge on the Multnomah County Circuit Court in Oregon. The court has jurisdiction in Multnomah County and is located within the 4th Judicial District.

Education
Frantz earned her B.A. in English from Stanford University in 1971 and received her J.D. from the Lewis & Clark School of Law in 1975.[3]
Career
After graduating from law school, Frantz worked with the Metropolitan Public Defender for five years. In 1982, she joined the firm Holmes, Defrancq and Schulte, and became a shareholder of the firm in 1986. She continued to practice with the firm until taking the bench.[3]
