Biography
Julie Emerson, as of March 2020, lived in Carencro, Louisiana. She graduated from Westminster Christian Academy. Emerson earned a bachelor of science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a master of business administration from the University of South Carolina. Her career experience includes working as a chief strategist with Lagniappe Communications Group.[1]

A primary election was held on October 24, 2015, with a general election held in districts where necessary on November 21, 2015. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was September 10, 2015, at 4:30 p.m. CDT.[2]
