Julie Fisher is a former Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives.

Fisher joined the Utah State House of Representatives in 2005 and represented the 17th District until her resignation in July of 2011. She resigned in order to head the Utah Department of Community and Culture.[1]

Fisher has worked as a Television Broadcaster and homemaker.

Fisher earned her B.A. in journalism from Indiana University in 1980.

On November 4, 2008, Fisher won re-election to the Utah House of Representatives, District 17, defeating opponents Pat Herrera (D) and David Armstrong (C).[3]

Fisher raised $16,546 for her campaign while Herrera raised $671 and Armstrong raised $498.[4]
