Julie J. Huffman

Julie J. Huffman is a judge of the Montrose County Court in Colorado.[1] She was appointed in July 2012 by Governor John Hickenlooper to fill the vacancy created by Diana Barber's retirement.[2]
She was retained by voters in 2014, winning a four-year term that expired on January 7, 2019. [3]

Huffman was retained to the Montrose County Court, Colorado with 64.7 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [4]

Education
Huffman received her bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado and her J.D. from Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase Law School.[2]
Career
Prior to her judicial appointment in 2012, Huffman worked in private practice. She has also served as a deputy district attorney in the Seventh Judicial District.[2]
