Biography
Julie Perry was born in Minot, North Dakota. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland in 2009 and a graduate degree from West Virginia University in 2014. Her professional experience includes working as a high school teacher for 9th-grade world history and 11th-grade United States history.[1]

|My father served in the United States Air Force, so growing up we moved around quite a bit—I learned the value of finding a place you could call home, and I found that here in Herndon with my husband, Mike.
Teaching is my lifelong passion. I received my undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland, and my Masters Degree in Education from West Virginia University. I get to live in my dream job every day, teaching 9th grade world history and 11th grade U.S. History at Centreville High School in Fairfax County.
