Julie Sercus is a judge of the Florida 6th Circuit Court. She assumed office on January 1, 2021. Her current term ends on January 2, 2029.

Sercus won re-election for judge of the Florida 6th Circuit Court outright in the general election on November 8, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Sercus was appointed to the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court by Gov. Ron DeSantis on October 1, 2020, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Peter Ramsberger.[1]
