Julie Willoughby
Julie Willoughby (Republican Party) is a member of the Arizona House of Representatives, representing District 13. She assumed office on May 5, 2023. Her current term ends on January 11, 2027.
Willoughby (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Arizona House of Representatives to represent District 13. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors appointed Willoughby to the Arizona House of Representatives on May 5, 2023, to replace Liz Harris (R). [1]
Biography
Julie Willoughby graduated from Fountain Hills High School. Willoughby earned a B.S. in registered nursing from Arizona State University at Tempe in 2012. Her career experience includes working as the chief nursing officer of Exceptional Healthcare Inc. and a trauma ER registered nurse with HonorHealth.[2]
