Julio Garza (Texas congressional candidate District 29)
Julio Garza (Republican Party) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Texas' 29th Congressional District. He lost in the Republican primary runoff on May 24, 2022.
Garza was also a 2016 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 29th Congressional District of Texas.[1]
Biography
Julio Garza was born in San Antonio, Texas. Garza earned a B.S. in political science from the University of Houston at Downtown and an M.P.A. His career experience includes working as an entrepreneur and a licensed life and health insurance agent.[2]

Ruben Perez (L), and James Partsch-Galvan (G) in the general election on November 8, 2016. Green defeated Dominique Garcia and Adrian Garcia in the Democratic primary on March 1, 2016, while Garza defeated Robert Schafranek to win the Republican nomination.[3][4]
