Julio Mendez

Julio Mendez is an Assignment Judge for the Vicinage 1 Superior Court in New Jersey. He is New Jersey's first Hispanic assignment judge.[1][2] Mendez was appointed to the court in 2002 and obtained tenured status in 2009. He will now serve on the court until 2026, the year he reaches 70 years of age.[3][4]
Education
Mendez received his undergraduate degree from Rowan University and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 1981.[5]
