Julius Howard Miner (1896-1963) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Miner was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on January 23, 1958, to a seat vacated by John Peter Barnes; he was confirmed by the Senate on February 25, 1958, and received his commission on February 27, 1958. He served the Northern District of Illinois until his death on March 13, 1963.[1] Miner was succeeded in this position by Abraham Marovitz.
