June 4, 2019 ballot measures in California
On June 4, 2019, Ballotpedia covered three local measures in California. In Los Angeles County, Los Angeles Unified School District voters defeated Measure EE—a school bond measure—and Arcadia voters approved a sales tax measure. In Napa County, St. Helena voters defeated a mobile home rent control measure.

A no vote was a vote against authorizing the city to levy a 0.75% (three-quarter cent) sales tax to fund general municipal services. |
• Measure EE: Los Angeles Unified School District Parcel Tax
A yes vote was a vote in favor of authorizing the district to levy an annual parcel tax—a kind of property tax based on units of property rather than assessed value—for 12 years at the rate of $0.16 per square foot of building improvements to fund educational improvements, instruction, and programs. |
A no vote was a vote against authorizing the district to levy a $0.16 per square foot parcel tax for 12 years. |

• Measure F: St. Helena Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance
A yes vote was a vote in favor of authorizing the city to implement a program known as a Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO) to limit rent increases for mobile home residents who sign a lease of 12 months or less. |
A no vote was a vote against authorizing the Rent Stabilization Ordinance program for mobile home park residents. |
