Justice Miller appointed to Appellate Division

New York: Justice Robert J. Miller, of the Kings County Supreme Court, was appointed to the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division (2nd Department) on December 22, 2010. He will replace the late Justice Steven Fisher, who died on December 18th. The appointment is effective immediately. Miller, 61, has served on the Supreme Court since 2007 and was assigned to the Commercial Division. He is a former partner of the law firm of Reed Smith.[1]
