Oklahoma: Former special district court judge was appointed to the Oklahoma County 7th Circuit District Court by Governor Mary Fallin. He fills the seat vacated by Justice Noma D. Gurich who was appointed to the South Dakota Supreme Court to fill the seat of Justice Judith Meierhenry. Stuart's term will expire in November 2014, when he will have to run for re-election.[1]
