Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

Justin Holcomb is a candidate for Alabama's 4th Congressional District. Raised in Alabama, Justin spent part of his early career working in Washington, DC for President Donald Trump after graduating from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. In 2019, he joined a start-up real estate company, which eventually went public on the Nasdaq last year. Justin believes Alabama has been left behind, and that career politicians from Alabama need to be held accountable. He seeks to bring his experiences from DC and New York back home to the people of Alabama, and make his state respected throughout the country and the world.

• Restore Alabama’s presence and reputation on the national stage
• Hold politicians accountable for their inaction in Washington and ensure that the People’s representatives are vigorously defending and promoting President Trump’s policies and strategic initiatives
• Defund and dissolve the FBI and significantly reduce the size and budget of the DOJ

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Justin Holcomb will fight for constitutional rights, reinstitute a dynamic and unpredictable national foreign policy strategy, decrease the size of the federal government, and make America's economy globally dominant.

Who do you look up to? Whose example would you like to follow, and why?

President Trump for his bold leadership and fearlessness in the preservation of his country's greatness.

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?

Bold and fearless work on behalf of the people.

What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?

To represent the People, and put their interests above the government's.

What legacy would you like to leave?

Setting a term limit standard for Congress, not only through law, but by a standard of virtue that is passed down to each generation like George Washington did.

What is the first historical event that happened in your lifetime that you remember? How old were you at the time?

Septermber 11th, 2001. Justin was 11 years old.

What was your very first job? How long did you have it?

What qualities does the U.S. House of Representatives possess that makes it unique as an institution?

The United States House of Representatives is the first charter outlined in the Constitution. Justin believes that the founders envisioned the House of Representatives as the most powerful and dynamic branch of government. Justin will bring firepower back to the People's House, where it belongs.

What do you perceive to be the United States’ greatest challenges as a nation over the next decade?

Regaining our respect, and building an unstoppable economy with extreme dynamism.

Do you believe that two years is the right term length for representatives?

Yes, and we must set the George Washington standard in Congress. Two terms are enough. The world should be in a constant state of apprehension, not knowing America's next move.

What are your thoughts on term limits?

Politicians should lead by example. Justin Holcomb will only serve two terms in the United States House of Representatives, a total of four years and not a day longer. Justin will follow the standard set by Geroge Washington.

Is there a particular representative, past or present, whom you want to model yourself after?

President Donald Trump

Do you believe that compromise is necessary or desirable for policymaking?

Compromise should only be allowed for the greatness of America.

The Constitution says that all bills for raising revenue must originate in the House. What role would this power play in your priorities if elected?

Government agencies will have to either change their conduct or be dissolved on the desks of the House.

How should the U.S. House use its investigative powers?

The House of Representatives should use its investigative powers against the government itself, to protect the people from tyranny.
