Justin Hubbard was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas. His professional experience includes working as an apartment maintenance technician. He previously worked in security and industrial maintenance as a mechanic.[1]

I am someone that works hard as a maintenance technician. Most importantly I am of the people. I ride the metro I eat at family owned restaurants. I hear directly the issues and what fails . I am a problem solver and knowing what it takes to gain resolutions.
- Homeless issues are not blanketed issues . We do not need to build more building we just need to use the ones we have . Like McLaren hall in El Monte.
- Government wasted spending we need to audit what California is spending on and end those cost divert those funds to build things like water resivors .
- Audit government employee we are public service and make it know that poor service to our communities will not be tolerated.
The involvement in government in total on person lives that hinder the ability to move forward on personal. Life journeys government has found away to regulate every aspect of everyone's lives ask yourself is that freedom? As time goes on the restrictions increase little by little , the spending to buy a vote get easier and easier . We watch as people are being used as pawns for political gains , and energy is depleted to force high cost to you .State dollars are freely used to go to other countries while the people in those states are set to suffer , ever hear someone say I went to get food vouchers and they ran out of them . states should not be using state funds for other country issues unless the majority has voted on that usage it is still the peoples money . Speaking of the current Governor promised the people he would lower his wages and increase the city workers . He did the opposite , I myself feel a new incoming Governor should take a pay cut and earn the increase when the people approve of the raise .
California has so many issues and with first term the primary goals will be water storage , electrical , education , adult education, fuel cost lowered , reduction on taxes , mental health and substance abuse ,homeless recovery and increasing take home wages . Together we can achieve anything , want change stop hiring the rich guy.

This is a loaded question I look up to my dad he is a very interesting person he speaks his mind he is someone that will crush those that judge to quickly . He fights for what is right stand up for those who can not defend them selves , you are constantly learning something new and pushed to be the best you can . All the good qualities are what I aspire to be , then my uncle who passed away is another person I look up to he was a navy vet , you listened when he spoke , he taught me the value of fishing and nature , was another non filtered individual but the things he taught are being forgotten today his words to me "J.D the only man you have to worry about is the man you have to face in the mirror , if you are ok with what you see then what can you complain about "and then my cousin . My cousin has always been a go getter work hard paly hard kind of guy , he worked way more then he played , raised a wonderful family watched his sons grow to be wrestlers and go to college on a scholarship , they did the work yes but he was there to push and keep them on track . There a a few others as well it hard to not name, names the bottom line here is I have a lot of people that have great qualities wisdom , and so on if it was not for the many people in my life I am running for Governor because this state has people being taken advantage of I was taught to stand up against the bullies .

To have morals , faith , and love for the people . A respect for law with the understanding that man /woman are flawed all at the same time live with the fact knowing humans are inherently good by thomas hobbs 1679. A person that can let go of ego , and to inspire the uninspired by creating jobs that creates purpose .once a elected official comes to realize they are not in that position for themselves then we might have a chance to move beyond the petty subject matter we see today .You can not desire power, money and fame and be any good to the people this is a selfless position you find that person that holds those qualities this state will be the best .
I take ownership of whatever I am involved in I see something wrong I find a solution for my problem in every aspect of my life . I want to build my bosses and owners(of the company ) up and as governor that will be you the people , I know how to find what information I need to get task done .I have first hand knowledge of community issues . I know how to lead and listen .
lead by example , communicate with the people , do what the voters voted for like the death penalty .if the voters say no death penalty well the governor should honor that . should be watching the peoples hard earned money that comes in from taxes and make sure no fraud is being conducted protect the peoples investment of this state .
when this is all said and done I want to leave this earth with my name in the history books as Justin D . Hubbard was able to do what others could not , governed a state they say was ungovernable .

Guess this would be a test of honesty , well folks I struggled with homelessness myself I worked 40 hours a week and could not get enough money to get a place to stay .I have had many struggles its been a rough life I have to admit . Oddly enough I developed a its not about me attitude and things have been going great . Except one thing and that is watching another state with multiple communities going down fast .my own city I grew up in I see tents popping up by the dozens .I watch city mayors not being proactive . I just watch till I can no longer watch . The city of el monte has a place called Mclaren Hall it could help thousands with rehab job placement so many things and they want to tear it down for a park . It is these choices that frustrate me and it should you , they spent 1.8 million on 38 units 8 by 8 when they had the space already to go with on grounds hospital and education center . What a loss that is well if nothing call city of El Monte tell them you want that place used for homeless assistance before its to late .
I means the executive of the public servants , we all are servants in our community we all provide customer service and when we fail to provide customer service we tend to get fired from those positions . The governor is no exception to this , the only thing that wont be the same is the fact the duty to protect the constitution , to be the representative of the voice of the majority .It is not the duty of a governor to regulate or hinder the people .Once a decision has been made the governor must remember and practice no one is above the law .

Degrees do not mean you have the knowledge , so none everyone has weaknesses and strengths . I have known people with degrees and did not know anything that they were doing .
when what was being proposed goes against the constitution or the people of the state voted against it, the bottom line on this is rather it be a law or whatever , less is more the mayors and governors need to focus on getting the communities built up and create unity . Lets face it Californias are at each others throats because of laws and regulations I will veto anything that does not build people up .I think we need to audit or current laws .

they need to work together , disagreements are good it puts things in perspective and forces everyone to communicate we have checks and balances for a reason . Both the governor and state legislature need to make sure the language that is used in laws are not that hinders its people and that the laws do not create hardships .
I love how this state builds confidence in people , I watch back woods country people come here with a dream and a bag of clothes , with hard work a determination they look at the Hollywood sign and pursue a dream . With all odds against them they fail over and over for those that do not see failure as a lesson well those are the once we never get to see yet they have so much talent . For those that do see failure as a lesson and continue on become mega stars . It is that hidden gem California has and with time and the right voice the uninspired can be inspired .
wow what part to begin with , well recovery from a pandemic still fighting a virus . our prison system upgrades to our power grid , water , homelessness , government spending , housing and housing cost with the revival of the American dream ,race relations , education and the cost for a high education exploration of co2 capture waste management can we improve on that , reverse engineering of plastics hemp and other useful products like paper and oil maybe for car fuel . alternate fuel studies and exploration of development of those fuels , I like the carbon neutral fuel .

when a emergency happens like the big one earthquake or other way out situations , not for green deals or some ones feeling got hurt . If it happens out of country the people will have a voice on those situations this may seem in humane to some however this keeps those in this position from abusing the position .
