Education
Eilers received an undergraduate degree in fisheries and wildlife ecology from Oklahoma State University. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law with his J.D. in 2004.[4]
Career
Before his election as judge, Eilers worked in private practice and was a municipal judge in Woodward, and an assistant district attorney for Dewey County.[4]
