Biography
Justin Sparks was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and lives in Wildwood. Sparks graduated from Granite City High School. He attended Oral Roberts University and Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. His career experience includes working for the St. Louis County Police Department as a supervisor within the Special Response Unit and as an operator within the Tactical Operations Unit (SWAT). Sparks also became a deputized United States marshal in the Eastern District of Missouri.[1]
