Three of the seven seats on the Spring Independent School District school board were up for general election on November 8, 2016. Position 1 incumbent Deborah Jensen and Position 2 incumbent Chris A. Bell won re-election without opposition. In Position 3, board incumbent Justine Durant defeated challenger Myron Spencer.[1]
