Northern Mariana Islands Senate District 3
Justo S. Quitugua (Republican Party) was a member of the Northern Mariana Islands Senate, representing District 3. He left office on January 8, 2023.
Quitugua was elected Senate floor leader for the 21st Commonwealth Legislature.[1] On January 11, 2021, he was elected vice president of the Senate for the 22nd Commonwealth Legislature.[2]
