Judge May received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Duke University Law School.

Career

Prior to joining the court, May was an attorney in private practice. During his legal career, he also worked with the Securities and Exchange Commission for nine years. May is a lecturer at the University of Florida College of Law.
