K. Rodney May
K. Rodney May was a Federal Bankruptcy Court judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Middle District of Florida. He was appointed to the court on December 18, 2003, and he retired in December 2017.[1][2]
Education
Judge May received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Duke University Law School.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the court, May was an attorney in private practice. During his legal career, he also worked with the Securities and Exchange Commission for nine years. May is a lecturer at the University of Florida College of Law.[2]
