A lifelong Hoosier, I was born and raised right here in Tippecanoe County. Today, my husband, Dillon, and I are proud to raise our four-year-old daughter in the same community that shaped us. A 2011 graduate of Harrison High School, I entered the workforce at sixteen and quickly developed a track record of leadership, earning management roles in every position I held.

In 2014, I joined the Tippecanoe County Assessor’s Office as a part-time document processor. Over the last decade, I have worked my way up through multiple administrations, gaining hands-on experience at every level of the department. This journey culminated in my appointment as Chief Deputy Assessor in 2021.

With 12 years of dedicated service, a Level III Indiana Assessor-Appraiser Certification, and over 200 hours of specialized training, I possess the technical expertise and institutional memory required to lead this office with transparency and precision. I love this community, and I am ready to lead the Assessor's Office with the same commitment and integrity I’ve demonstrated since my very first day on the job.

When I’m not serving the taxpayers of Tippecanoe County, you’ll find me exploring our local parks with my family, planning our next camping trip, getting lost in a good book, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
  • Transparency - As Chief Deputy, I’ve helped build a foundation of accuracy and transparency in the Assessor’s Office. I am dedicated to not only upholding these standards but elevating them. By pairing personable, face-to-face support with streamlined digital tools, I will ensure every taxpayer can easily access their property data, navigate our resources, and get clear, honest answers to their most important questions.
  • Collaboration and Customer Service - Taxpayers shouldn’t have to navigate a maze to get simple answers. I believe in a government that is integrated, not isolated; which is why I am committed to ending the 'departmental shuffle.' Alongside my fellow Democratic candidates, I am championing a vision of seamless collaboration between the assessment, tax, and billing offices. We are building a unified experience where accuracy and transparency are the standards, ensuring you feel heard and respected from the moment you walk through our doors. Whether you have a question about your assessment or your bill, my goal is to provide an approachable, 'no-wrong-door' service for every resident of Tippecanoe County.
  • Equitability - Fairness and equity are the cornerstones of a just tax system. My mission is to ensure that every property in Tippecanoe County is assessed with uncompromising accuracy, so that the tax burden is distributed fairly across our entire community. Currently, our team is working through over 400 state level appeals to ensure our assessments meet the highest standards of equity. If elected, I will continue to be a watchdog for our residents - challenging any mandates or trends that unfairly shift the tax burden onto single-family homeowners. My commitment is to provide a transparent, data-driven process where every neighbor pays their fair share.
Property Tax Policy: Property assessment is the foundation of our local economy. I closely follow tax policy to bridge the gap between complex state mandates and the taxpayers they affect.

Education: As a mother and a graduate of our local school system, education policy is important to me. Stable and accurate property assessments are the primary engine that fuels our schools. I am dedicated to ensuring this revenue stream is managed with integrity, so our schools have the resources they need to thrive.

Health: I believe a healthy community is a strong community. I support policies that expand access to local health resources and mental health services. Our county's vitality depends on the wellbeing of it's people.
