A "yes" vote supported authorizing an additional property tax (in varied amounts depending on property class) to be levied on properties within the Kanawha County School District for the purpose of county public library funding from July 2025 to July 2029 generating an estimated $2,897,764 annually.

A "no" vote opposed authorizing an additional property tax (in varied amounts depending on property class) to be levied on properties within the Kanawha County School District for the purpose of county public library funding from July 2025 to July 2029 generating an estimated $2,897,764 annually.
