Kandis Westmore
Kandis Westmore is a magistrate judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She assumed office on February 21, 2012.

Early life and education
Judge Westmore earned an Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989, and her law degree from the University of San Francisco Law in 1997.[1]
