Liberty University lawsuit
On April 9, 2020, Lee signed warrants of arrest for Class 1 Misdemeanor charges that Liberty University filed against two journalists for alleged trespassing. The university brought the charges against the journalists in response to their reporting on the institution's decision to stay partly open during the coronavirus pandemic.[2]
