The question on the ballot:
| Shall the limiting rate under the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law for the Kankakee Township Fire Protection District, Kankakee County, Illinois, be increased by an additional amount equal to .27% above the limiting rate for the purpose of establishing an ambulance tax and providing improved services within the District for levy year 2009 and be equal to .6% of the equalized assessed value of the taxable property therein for levy years 2011 and 2012?[3] |
