The ballot title for School Facilities Bond Measure was as follows:

Shall Unified School District No. 500, Wyandotte County, Kansas, issue general obligation bonds not to exceed $180,000,000 for rebuilding and modernizing school facilities pursuant to K.S.A. 10-101 et seq.?
