Kansas Court of Appeals judge dies

Kansas: Judge Jerry Elliott of the Kansas Court of Appeals passed away Monday, April 5, of this year. He died at age 73 after being appointed by former governor Mike Hayden in 1987 and serving on the court for 23 years.
