January 19, 2010
Dodge City, Kansas: The Kansas Supreme Court has granted Claire O'Brien's requested for a temporary stay of enforcement of a subpoena that would require her testify at an inquisition in Ford County. Prosecutors are planning to force her to reveal the name of a confidential source and information from her unpublished notes as they related to a man from Dodge City charged with the Labor Day shootings.[1]
The court order will stay in effect until the court declares otherwise.[1]
