The Kansas Term Limits Amendment was not on the November 4, 2014 ballot in the state of Kansas as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. The measure would have mandated that no person shall serve in the state House or Senate for more than four two-year terms, starting on January 12, 2015. The measure was introduced as Senate Concurrent Resolution 1602 during the 2013 - 2014 state legislative session on January 11, 2013.[1][2][3]
