Kara Morgan
Kara Morgan was a nonpartisan member of the Ohio State Board of Education representing the state at large. Morgan was first appointed to the board in 2017, and she stepped down in 2018.[1]
Biography
As of November 2017, Morgan was a health and analytics researcher at Battelle Memorial Institute and an adjunct professor of risk and decision analysis at Ohio State University. Previously, Morgan worked at the Food and Drug Administration and at a nonprofit supporting the Environmental Protection Agency, where she aided in risk-based decision making.[2]
