Kara Cunningham Williams is a former commissioner on the West Virginia Public Service Commission. She was first appointed by Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin (D) in October 2015 to fill an unexpired term ending on June 30, 2017.[1] The office had been vacant since the resignation of Jon McKinney in December 2014. McKinney's term had expired in 2011, but he remained on the board until his resignation.[2]
