Karen Douglas
Karen Douglas is a member of the California Public Utilities Commission. Douglas assumed office on January 1, 2023. Douglas' current term ends on January 1, 2029.
Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) appointed Douglas to the commission on December 22, 2022, to replace Clifford Rechtschaffen.[1]
Biography
Prior to her appointment, Douglas served as senior advisor for Energy in the Office of Governor Gavin Newsom. She also was a California Energy Commission member from 2008 to 2022.[1]
