Karen Kaufman Salic is an associate judge of District 2A in Iowa. She was appointed to the court in 2013.[1] She was retained in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2020.[2]

Education

Salic received her undergraduate degree from Buena Vista College and her J.D. from Southern Methodist University.[1]

Career

Salic worked as a private practice attorney in Clear Lake for two years, spent a year as an assistant Hancock and Kossuth County attorney, and then worked for 12 years as the Hancock County attorney. She was appointed to the bench in 2013.[1]
