Karen Kusiak
Karen Kusiak (Democratic Party) was a member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 84. Kusiak assumed office on December 4, 2012. Kusiak left office on December 2, 2014.
Kusiak (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Maine State Senate to represent District 16. Kusiak lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Kusiak is a former Democratic member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 84. She was first elected to the chamber in 2012 and served until 2014.
Biography
Kusiak earned her B.S. from Colby College, M.S. from Lesley University, and Ed.D. from the University of Maine.[1] Kusiak served on the Fairfield School Board.[2] Kusiak has two children.[3]

Kusiak won election in the 2012 election for Maine House of Representatives District 84. Kusiak defeated Edward Finch in the June 12 Democratic primary and defeated incumbent John Picchiotti (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[4][5]
